Cancellation

We can only insure residents of the European Union. Regardless of nationality, what counts is the tax domicile, which must be located in France, another European Union country, the Principality of Andorra, the Principality of Monaco, Switzerland or Norway

Closure of ski lift

Refund of my ski pass in the event of closure of more than 50% of the ski area due to bad weather. Non-deductible

Search and rescue costs

Reimbursement of search and rescue costs that I may be charged in the event of a rescue on or near the Ski Area with the intervention of approved companies or teams.

Repatriation

I will be reimbursed for my repatriation costs or those of my children in the event of a serious accident. Non-deductible

Transport

My local transport costs (bus or taxi) from a medical centre to my place of stay will be reimbursed if I am the victim of an accident that requires me to be transported to a medical centre for treatment or medical checks. Non-deductible.

Breakage Loss and theft of skis, sleds or snowboard

(In the event of accidental breakage, loss or theft of skis, sleds or snowboards, I will be reimbursed the cost of hiring equivalent replacement equipment (maximum 8 days' hire). Non-deductible)

Days and courses not used

Reimbursement of unused days of the ski pass and lessons

Civil liability

I am covered in the event of physical injury, material and immaterial damage resulting from my private civil liability and on holiday. Excess of €150 /claim.
