This summer, enjoy a unique experience at the summit of Pic de Tourette! Altiservice invites you to discover an educational trail suitable for all, in the heart of the Pyrenees.
A fun walk
From the summit of Pic de Tourette, set off on an easy walk (500 m – 150 m descent) designed for all ages. This trail offers:
- An immersive exploration of the designated high-altitude landscapes
- Illustrated and educational information boards
- An introduction to biodiversity, agro-pastoralism and environmental issues
- The chance to spot our local marmots!
An educational walk
All along the route, information boards designed by landscape architects and exhibition designers invite you to reflect and observe:
- Welcome to the trail : An introduction to the world of the listed site and the walk. (inspired by the TOTEM board)
- The human touch: How people have shaped the Pyrenean landscapes over the centuries. (‘MARQUE DE L’HUMAIN’ sign)
- The life of the herds: Cows and sheep maintain the pastures and promote biodiversity. (HERDS sign)
- A delicate balance: The importance of staying on the paths to protect the flora and fauna.
- The clues game: An observation activity for the whole family: can you spot the Aure-Campan sheep?

- €19.00 per person (for groups of 3 or more)

From the Espiaube car park:
- Espiaube Gondola

- €9.80 per person (groups of 3 or more)
- €3.00 per child (1–4 years)
- Easy access (6-minute cable car ride)
Village cable car: Daily, non-stop from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm (except Fridays: 9.00 am–12.30 pm / 1.30 pm–6.30 pm)
Last boarding 10 minutes before closing
Espiaube cable car: Daily, non-stop from 8.30 am–12.30 pm / 1.30 pm–5.30 pm
